Abstract
There is described a portable electronic device of the wristwatch type including, in particular, a first electric module (), arranged in a case () of the device and a second electric module) housed in a strand () of the wristband and including means () for and electric connection with the first electric module. The case () of the device has two main parts, a bottom portion () and a top portion (). The present invention provides means () for introducing the connecting means () inside the case (), and means () for establishing the electrical connection between said connecting means () and bump contacts () of the first electric module (), via compression, when the two portions () of the case () are mounted.
