Abstract
Thioketals and thioethers are provided that inhibit the expression of VCAM-1, and which can be used in the treatment of VCAM-1 mediated diseases including inflammatory disorders, cardiovascular diseases, occular diseases, autoimmune diseases, neurological disorders, and cancer.
