Abstract

The write protect detection switch SWto detect the slide position of the write protect buttonis arranged on the side wall portion of the connector housing and the card recognition switch SWto detect the presence or absence of the inserted cardis arranged inside the card abutment wall of the connector housing. This construction allows the write protect detection switch and the card recognition switch to be accommodated efficiently in a small space.
