Abstract

A copolymer excellent in vibration-damping property, flame retardancy and transparency, composed of from 20 to 100% by weight of a phosphate monomer (a) unit of the following general formula (1), from 0 to 80% by weight of a (meth)acrylate monomer (b) unit, and from 0 to 30% by weight of the other monomer (c) unit copolymerizable with them; a vibration-damping material 2 and a vibration-damping part composed of this copolymer; and a copolymer composition are disclosed:R=a hydrogen atom or a methyl group, R,R=hydrogen atom; from Cto Calkyl group or alkyl ether group, or aryl group; A=from Cto Calkylene group or poly-oxyalkylene group.
