Abstract
A reducing agent dosing device for delivering a reducing agent into the exhaust gas systemof the internal combustion engineof a motor vehicle, comprising a reducing agent tankconnected to the exhaust gas systemvia a supply linewith a dosing valvefor delivering a specific quantity of reducing agent. The dosing valveis disposed at a distance from the exhaust gas systemin the supply lineand the output of the dosing valveterminates in a mixing chamber. Compressed air, provided by the charge air of a charging groupof the internal combustion engine, flows though the mixing chamber in the direction toward the exhaust gas systemto mix the reducing agent output with an air stream.
