Abstract
The present invention relates to compounds of formulas 1 and 2wherein R, R, R, R, R, R, R, Rand Z are as defined herein. The present invention also relates to pharmaceutical compositions containing the above compounds and to methods of treating hyperproliferative disorders, such as cancer, in a mammal by administering the above compounds.
