Abstract

The present invention discloses a new polypeptide-calcitonin 11, the polynucleotide encoding it and a method producing the polypeptide by recombinant DNA technology. The present invention further discloses a method using the polypeptide to treat various disorders, e.g. malignant neoplasm, hematopathy, HIV infection and immunological disease and various inflammation etc. The present invention also discloses agonists of the polypeptide and their therapeutic uses.
