Abstract
An osteoimplant comprises a solid aggregate of bone derived elements, adjacent bone-derived elements being bonded to each other through chemical linkages between their adjacent surface-exposed collagen. Various other components can be incorporated into the bone implant material such as bone-growth inducing substances.
