Abstract
In the case of an electrical machine, in particular an alternator for a motor vehicle, having a housing (), a rotor () that is supported in the housing () in a manner that allows it to rotate around an axis of rotation () and that has at least one rotor winding () and at least one fan wheel () mounted on the rotor () for generating convection in the housing () and for dissipating heat from the at least one rotor winding (), the at least one fan wheel () is joined with the rotor () at least in a linear manner in order to better cool the rotor ().
