Abstract
A toner process comprising mixing a colorant dispersion with a latex, a wax dispersion, and a coagulant, and wherein the polymer present in the latex possesses a gel content of from about 0.5 to about 4.5 weight percent, a polymer melt flow index (MFI) of from about 20 to about 45 grams/10 minutes at about from about 115° C. to about 145° C., the crosslinking molecular weight Mof the polymer being from about 12,000 to about 200,000, and the crosslinking density Mof the polymer being from about 1.2×10to about 2×10/Kmole.
