Abstract
A method and a multichannel pipetting apparatus () for simultaneous pipetting of a plurality of sample wells () or containers. The pipetting channels () of the apparatus have been divided into groups, which are connected via an adapter () containing a plurality of channels () to pipetting tips () of a known type. By changing the adapter or the adapter zone (), a suitable configuration for different sample plates () or containers is selected.
