Abstract
Half-bridge circuit, especially for connection of an electric motor in a vehicle, with a low side circuit element () with a control input (, G), a high side circuit element () with a control input (, G), in which the low side circuit element () and the high side circuit element () are connected in series between the voltage terminal and a ground terminal and an output (OUT) to control an electrical load is arranged between the high side circuit element and the low side circuit element, implemented according to the invention by integration in an integrated circuit.
