Abstract
A current measuring device in the form of a Hall sensor device is disposed in an individual current/voltage supply line device with a common current/voltage supply unit for providing a particularly flexible configuration for testing a plurality of semiconductor devices for which the individual current consumption is to be measured during testing individually for each semiconductor device.
