Abstract
An optical fiber ribbon cord comprising a plurality of tension fibers juxtaposed along about an optical fiber ribbon and a sheath composed of a resin covering all the exteriors thereof, wherein at least one tape body with higher Young's modulus than that of the sheath is inserted within the interior A of a side wall in the minor axis of the sheath.
