Abstract
In a method and apparatus for controlling registration activity, transmission of a registration message from a node is disabled upon a determination that an identity token is not present within a predetermined area of a memory . In an alternative implementation, registration activity is initiated by node upon committing provisioning information, which task may include storing an identity token into predetermined area
