Abstract
The disclosure is directed to sorbent compositions for removing reduced sulfur species (e.g., H S, COS and CS ) a feed stream. The sorbent is formed from a multi-phase composition including a zinc titanate phase and a zinc oxide-aluminate phase. The sorbent composition is substantially free of unreacted alumina.
