Abstract
A first mark ( ) is provided on a rotatable member ( ), or on a connector ( ) on which the rotatable member ( ) is rotatably mounted. Thus, a full engagement condition is ascertained without additional parts. Preferably, the first mark ( ) or the second mark ( ) is a projecting part ( ) provided on the engaging arm ( ) which is mounted resiliently on the rotatable member ( ) or on the connector ( ) on which the rotatable member ( ) is rotatably mounted.
