Tetrafluoroethylene (TFE) thermoprocessable copolymer microspheres having a substantially spherical shape for at least 95% by weight, the average size of the microspheres being in the range 25 &mgr;m and 2 mm, the bulk density being in the range 0.5 and 1.1 g/cm .
