Abstract
Mild toilet bar compositions are described that contain harsh to the skin cleansing components, such as soap, and a latent acidifier. The latent acidifier reduces the pH of the toilet bar when used for cleansing but does not substantially affect the hardness of the toilet bar. Lather, drag properties, and deposition of benefit agents are substantially improved.
