Abstract

An impact absorbing member is made of rigid polyurethane foam, and has a plate shape and recesses formed in at least one surface thereof such that the recesses are arranged in parallel along one direction. Each recess has a triangle section in a depth direction of the impact absorbing member, and has a sectional area decreasing toward a bottom thereof.
