Abstract

A micromachine switch includes a driving part ( ) for displacing a contact ( ) on the basis of a control signal, a first control signal line ( ) for applying the control signal to the driving part, and a first RF signal inhibiting part ( ) connected to the first control signal line to inhibit, from passing therethrough, an RF signal flowing RF signal lines ( ). With this arrangement, an insertion loss of the micromachine switch can be reduced, and the RF characteristic of a circuit using the micromachine switch can be improved.
