Abstract
In a natural state of a probe ( ), a plunger ( ) is distanced from a rod ( ) by a spring ( ), the rod ( ) is held in contact with a contact element ( ) by a spring ( ), so that the rod ( ) is connected to a common conductor of a base plate via a barrel ( ). On the other hand, when an end of a wire comes into contact with an end of the plunger ( ) to push it toward the rod ( ), the rod ( ) is distanced from the contact element ( ). To be electrically disconnected from the common conductor of the base plate. Thus, all the barrels ( ) and contact elements ( ) of a plurality of probes ( ) can be held at a specified potential only by a wiring for the signal common conductor.
