Abstract

The present invention is a method for preparing a thermosetting power coating composition having the steps of blending vinylidene fluorine copolymer particles and methyl methacrylate copolymer particles, and pulverizing the blended copolymer particles to an average particle size of 1 to 100 &mgr;m under 40° C.
