Abstract
A fluid damper, in particular for moving furniture parts, includes a cylinder and a piston linearly displaceable within the cylinder. The piston has at least one opening for a damping fluid provided in the cylinder, and the fluid damper further includes at least one movable ring disk in the area of the opening(s).
