Abstract

A base A of an output shaft is made up of a rod member B, and a holder having a bottom A. A stop is formed separately from the holder. The holder has a reduced diameter portion B, in which an outer coiled spring A and an inner coiled spring B are disposed, and a piston is disposed rearward thereof, and an increased diameter portion D in which the stop is disposed, and a reaction disc is disposed rearward thereof.
