Abstract
A central broadcast station implements processing at a SDTI decoder unit , a MPEG decoder unit , a first editing system , and a MPEG encoder unit , etc. under control of a network computer to SDTI bit stream obtained through a satellite from field site (not shown) to convert it into SDTI bit streams at a SDTI encoder unit thereafter to multiplex them at a multiplexing unit to send out it to a regional broadcast station through a satellite .
