Abstract

Collars ( ) are fitted respectively in collar insertion holes ( ) in the mounting flange ( ), and when each screw ( ) is fastened, the grounding flange portion ( ) is clamped between the mounting flange ( ) and the mounting wall ( ), and the collar presses this grounding flange against a grounding surface of an equipment.
