Abstract
A paper-feeding roller ( ) formed by cylindrically molding a thermoplastic elastomer composition containing a thermoplastic resin or a thermoplastic elastomer in which a rubber or a thermoplastic elastomer that can be crosslinked is dispersed by dynamic crosslinking. A surface layer of the paper-feeding roller ( ) contains titanium oxide at not less than 1.5% nor more than 50% in a volume fraction.
