Abstract

The bottle cap unit ( ) of this invention comprises an inner cap ( ), which is tightly fitted to the bottleneck ( ) to form a pour spout, and an outer cap ( ), which is detachably screwed on or off the inner cap ( ) to close or open the pour spout. The first locking part ( ) is disposed on the outer wall of the attaching cylinder ( ) of the inner cap ( ). The second locking part ( ) is disposed on the locking cylinder ( ), which is connected to the outer cylinder ( ) of the outer cap ( ) via the breaking pieces ( ). This second locking part ( ) is engaged from underside with the first locking part ( ) to lock the outer cap ( ). The attachment of the inner cap ( ) to the bottleneck ( ) is set at such a strength that allows the inner cap ( ) to be manually snapped out of the bottleneck ( ). In this configuration, the bottle cap unit ( ) can be easily snapped out of the bottleneck ( ) for separate collection.
