Abstract
In a mobile system and a mobile management system, when an emergency notification that an urgent car is approaching is transmitted from a base station to a general owner-driven car , the distance between the general owner-driven car and the urgent car is calculated on the basis of the current position of the general owner-driven car and the current position of the urgent car under the control of a CPU . If the distance is within a predetermined value, the base station notifies the driver of the general owner-driven car that the urgent car is approaching.
