The invention relates to a polymer dispersion containing water and at least 60 wt. % of an organic polymer which has at least one group of general formula (I) A—Si(Z) (OH) . The invention also relates to a composition containing at least one organic polymer which has at least one group of general formula (I), and at least one other organic polymer or a mixture of two or more other organic polymers.
