Abstract
A decorative base paper for decorative coating materials contains a pigment mixture of titanium dioxide and talc, wherein the talc has a particle size distribution D50 of less than approximately 3.0 &mgr;m, and both the decorative base paper and the decorative paper have a high capacity.
