Abstract
The connecting device consists of a circular disk ( ) fixed to the snowboard and fitting into a circular ring ( ) holding the binding ( ) on the board. The interior circular contour ( ) of the ring into which the disk fits is eccentric relative to the exterior contour of the ring. The mechanical continuity provided by the ring guarantees that the binding will be held in position without high pressure needing to be exerted on this ring.
