Abstract
An IC element provided with input-output interface circuits and a control circuit includes: a constant voltage control circuit comprising a switching circuit for conduction control of a switching element connected to a power supply terminal of an on-vehicle electronic control device ; and a comparison circuit for opening the switching element when a voltage of the first terminal Vdd , to which an output voltage of the switching element is supplied, is below a predetermined value; in which the input-output interface circuits is supplied with power from the first terminal Vdd , while the control circuit is supplied with power from the second terminal Vdd connected to an output circuit of the switching element
