Abstract

An input signal is input to a control portion and a control signal S is output. The control signal S is supplied to a motor and driving torque of the motor is transferred to a compressor. Cathode active material “A” is compressed by the compressor and cathode active material is sent out. The cathode active material passes through a heat exchanger, a filter and a pressure sensor, and cathode active material is sent out. The cathode active material is taken into a fuel cell and reaction product S , S and S are discharged to generate electromotive force S . The reaction product S is discharged on the basis of a level of a control signal S by controlling pressure by a pressure regulating valve. When a level of the control signal S is reduced, after a predetermined period of time has passed, the level of control signal S starts to be reduced.
