Abstract
An integrated operation instructing system operates gas turbine power generation plants in a highly efficient and economical manner is provided. A gas turbine power generation plant is controlled by a controller while operating status data of the gas turbine power generation plant are collected by a data logger computer , and transmitted to a central load dispatching instruction station via the Internet . A computer evaluates the deteriorating rate of the gas turbine based on the operating status data, and calculates an optimal target load taking the deteriorating rate into account. The optimal target load is transmitted via an exclusive telecommunication line to the controller , and the output of the gas turbine power generation plant is controlled based on this optimal target load.
