Abstract

A bolt , accommodated in a cylinder knob , is screwed into a main body to restrict the shift movement of a push lever . A spline coupling, provided between a hexagonal bore formed in the cylinder knob and a hexagonal head of the bolt , transmits a rotational motion of cylinder knob to the bolt and allows the cylinder knob to slide with respect to the main body . A projection of the main body and a notch of the cylinder knob , when engaged with each other under a resilient force of a spring , cooperatively constitute a stopper for restricting the rotation of the cylinder knob with respect to the main body
