Abstract

A conveying apparatus is composed of a motor-installed roller ( ), cams ( ), a rotation axis deflector ( ), a drive pulley ( ), a driven pulley ( ), an endless belt ( ), a flat support ( ) and a spring ( ). The roller ( ) and the deflector ( ) take their position enclosed with the belt ( ), and the shaft ( ) of the roller ( ) is operatively connected by the deflector ( ) to the drive pulley ( ). A sleigh-shaped top plate ( ) of the support ( ) intervenes between the roller ( ) and the back surface of belt ( ), and when the cylindrical casing ( ) of this roller rotates, the cams ( ) will also rotate to raise the support ( ) and lift the upper transporting path of the belt ( ), so that the apparatus is rendered so smaller in size that it can be used as a cross transporter adapted for installation in any desired space.
