Abstract
A first piston ( ) of a first locking cylinder ( ) descends when a pressure of compressed air in an actuation chamber ( ) has exceeded a pressure for locking commencement (P1) and ascends by a first spring ( ) when the pressure of the compressed air has decreased to a pressure for releasing commencement (P2). A second advancing and retreating cylinder ( ) comprises an inlet chamber ( ) and an outlet chamber ( ) formed below and above a second piston ( ), respectively, and a second spring ( ). The actuation chamber ( ) communicates with the outside air through the outlet chamber ( ). A restricting passage ( ) is provided in a route between the actuation chamber ( ) and the outside air. The actuation chamber ( ) communicates with one of the inlet chamber ( ) and the outlet chamber ( ) through a communication hole ( ).
