Abstract
It is possible to certainly prevent a vehicle from being stolen at low cost. A user of an automobile registers an on or off state of a security mode with a center apparatus in advance. When abnormality is detected by a sensor , the abnormality is notified to a center communication device from an on-vehicle communication device through a communication network . When the security mode is on, a center control device notifies the abnormality to a portable telephone of the user of the automobile through the communication network
