A sufficiently elongated saddle seat is provided on the frame in combination with a sufficiently elongated frame in combination with front and rear pair of wheels sufficiently longitudinally spaced apart in combination with front and rear suspensions designed to compensate for higher center of gravity and increased mass thereat all to accommodate at least two riders in tandem. A dynamic roll suppression assembly dynamically resists side roll of the vehicle.
