Abstract
A power sanding machine ( ) has three circumferentially spaced cogged belts ( ) to drive three discs ( ) rotatably mounted to an inner bowl ( ) which is rotatably mounted to a housing ( ), which in turn is connected to an operating handle ( ). Mechanical lock can rotationally affix the inner bowl ( ) to the housing to circumferentially position a pulley at the left or right edge ( ) of the sanding machine or at the front end ( ) of the sanding machine.
