The sleeve integrally has a light-leading path in a flat-headed conic shape, a peripheral projecting portion , an outer tube portion . A small-diameter end face of the light-leading path of the sleeve faces the transmitting device or the receiving device . The peripheral projecting portion projects from a peripheral surface of the other end portion , on a side of a larger diameter, of the light-leading path . The outer tube portion is cylindrically formed and extends from a peripheral portion of the peripheral projecting portion . The outer tube portion extends over an entire length of the light-leading path along an optical axis P.
