Abstract
A cooling unit for cooling a heat generating component includes a heat receiving portion thermally connected to the heat generating component and a heat radiating portion including first and second radiating members having thermal conductivity. The first and second radiating members are overlaid on each other and define a path for allowing a cooling medium heated by the heat generating component to flow through the path. A pump circulates the cooling medium between the heat receiving portion and the heat radiating portion.
