Abstract

The present invention relates to a bio-molecular microchip and manufacturing process thereof. More particularly, the present invention is directed to a bio-molecular microchip comprising a substrate; and an amine group-containing bio-molecule immobilized onto a glycidyl moiety-containing polyacrylamide gel via covalent bonds formed between the glycidyl moiety of the polyacryl amide gel and the amine group of the bio-molecule by epoxy ring-opening reaction.
