Abstract
The invention relates to a radiation curable powder paint binder composition comprising a radiation curable compound being a mono or multi valent carboxylic ester of a &bgr;, &ggr;, &dgr;, or &egr;-hydroxyalkylamide group containing compound, in which the carboxylic ester is derived from an &agr;, &bgr;-ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid.
