Abstract

The present invention relates to a thermoplastic, multi-layer, electrostatic discharging, laminate comprised of at least one outer layer that is permanent static dissipative and non-contaminating, and a core or base layer that is conductive. The outer layer has a surface resistivity of from about 1.0×10 to about 1.0×10 Ohm/sq, and the core layer has a surface resistivity of from about 1.0×10 to about 1.0×10 Ohm/sq.
