Abstract

The invention is relative to a device for dehydrating sludge such as occurs in sewage treatment plants in the form of dilute sludge. The receptacle for the sludge contains a sieve surface comprising openings for the passage of liquid. The sieve surface, for its part, is substantially circular can be rotated about an axis ( ) running vertically to the sieve surface.
