Abstract

An automatic photograph sticker vending machine ( ) is provided with a camera ( ) for picking up an image of a subject, an illuminating device ( ) for illuminating the subject, a display ( ) for displaying various information such as the image, an input device ( ) manipulated from outside for inputting information, and a printer ( ) for printing onto sticker paper a photograph of the subject obtained by image pickup with the camera and discharging the sticker paper ( ) having the photograph printed thereon. The camera ( ) is provided at a ceiling portion of a region for image pickup ( ) with a lens for image pickup directed downward. Thus, the camera ( ) can pick up an image of the subject by looking down upon the subject from directly above so that a photograph sticker ( ) obtained by photographing at an original angle can be sold.
