Abstract
A clamp rod ( ) is vertically movably inserted into a housing ( ). The detecting hole ( ) has a peripheral surface opened to provide at least one inlet hole ( ) for supplying compressed air. The detecting member ( ) has an outer peripheral surface provided with a closing surface ( ) which closes an opening portion ( ) of the inlet hole ( ) and with a recess ( ) which communicates the opening portion ( ) with the outside air.
